I had the opportunity to see Abbey B.K. perform at a local basement space, alongside my friends playing in Warped Floors (who claim to play covers of bands who’ve played Warped Tour… still waiting for the Katy Perry covers to be dusted off on that one)

I’ve recently been trying to get out to more shows to take photos, and was pleasantly surprised that this spot had some fantastic lighting for it. I need to play with the metering modes on my Lumix G9, as I remember being intrigued by a mode that measures exposure by highlights in the scene – not touching that got me a bit here, as there’s plenty of over-exposed portions of photos that otherwise would have been excellent!
